Relationships, community connections, technology, and resources that can strengthen long-term support 4. Day-to-day, social, spiritual, and decision-making needs that require planning 5. Practical next steps families can begin taking now Participants will leave with a personalized starting framework for a future support plan and key questions to carry into the financial and legal planning sessions.
